Production will start the on the day the order is placed if received before 12pm.
Production will start the following working day (Monday - Friday) for all orders received after 12pm and weekends.
*All orders placed via Royal Mail Tracked (Next Day) Delivery before 12pm Monday - Friday are delivered the next working day via either Royal Mail or a Courier (Does not include Saturday or Sunday delivery). Orders received after Friday 12PM will not be delivered until the following Tuesday.
Orders that contain more than 10 items cannot be guaranteed Next Day or Express Delivery
Please note: We will deliver to the billing/delivery address you supplied on your order. We cannot be held responsible if the address is incorrect and results in non-delivery. In these circumstances we will wait for the item to be returned back to us before we can re-send it out to you again at a corrected address (there is an additional postage charge for resending it out again). Refunds will not be given due to the personalised nature of the product.
Next Day delivery is only applicable to certain items. If an item is not eligible for Next Day delivery you will not be given the option at the checkout.
ORDERS NOT RECEIVED
We request that we are notified within 10 working days of your dispatch email if an order has not been received. Unless we are notified within this timescale we are not obliged to issue a reprint for a missing parcel.
In all circumstances we will issue a reprint for any missing/delayed parcel after the 10 working days has elapsed as it may still arrive.
Please Note: Refunds will not be given against missing parcels, in all events we will issue an immediate reprint.
