Returns

Under the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without giving a reason.

If your item is unused and you are unhappy with your product or have changed your mind, you can return it within 14 days of receipt of the product and you will receive a full refund (less delivery charges). If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer care team quoting the order number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether a refund or a replacement is required. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Personalised items may only be returned if they fall into one of the below categories:

I received the wrong item.
If the item received is not what was originally ordered, please contact customer care within 3 days of receiving your order, quoting the order number,  name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether  a refund or a replacement is required. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. 

Faulty item
If the item received is faulty, please contact our customer care team within 3 days of receiving your order, quoting the order number,  name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether a refund or a replacement is required. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. If the item is faulty we may ask for the item to be returned. This will be at our discretion. If we do ask for it to be returned please send it to us within 30 days of receipt. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse.

PLEASE NOTE:- The colour of the product you receive may not match the colour as displayed by our website on your computer monitor. Please be aware that if colour is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk.
